We are proud to officially unveil the ALBA Visitor Centre at 18 Tuas Avenue 10– a dedicated space where environmental education comes to life and sustainability takes centre stage.
This Centre stands as a key milestone in ALBA’s ongoing sustainability and educational outreach efforts. It is designed to educate the public on the importance of recycling right, with a strong focus on responsible e-waste management under the Producer Responsibility Scheme (PRS). Our goal is to inspire students, businesses, and communities to adopt more sustainable behaviors – aligning with the national ambitions of the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
At the ALBA Visitor Centre, guests can delve into the world of electronic waste accompanied by a guided tour. From the sorting of e-waste categories to the dismantling and recycling of valuable components, visitors will gain first-hand insights into how ALBA is driving circular economy solutions. The experience is brought to life through thoughtfully- curated exhibits, interactive zones, and storytelling that highlights ALBA’s role in both public waste and e-waste collection in Singapore.
Beyond this space, ALBA continues to champion environmental awareness through school and corporate partnerships, community engagements, educational talks, and outreach activities such as recycling games and workshops. Through a collaboration between LASALLE College of the Arts, University of the Arts Singapore and ALBA E-Waste, students worked with ALBA E-Waste on two inspirational artpieces that are proudly displayed at the Visitor Centre.
We envision the Visitor Centre as a one-stop resource hub for schools and organisations looking to foster environmental stewardship. Already listed on Clean & Green Singapore’s portal, the Centre is open for public registration and tours.
