Daily
• Collection / Exchange of E-bins (ie. MGB 400L, Plastic bins, tubes) located at more than 250x pre-determined locations
• Delivery of sorted appliances to designated recycler’s premises
• Loading / Unloading of Bins / E-waste from ALBA vehicles at Tuas Depot
• Assist in unloading of Bulk Appliances from OTC for Saturdays / when required on weekdays


Adhoc
• Collection of Bulky Appliances (ie. Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Dryers, Television) from retailers’ designated locations – about 05x pcs per site
• Collection / Exchange of 1000L MGB from retailers’ designated locations
• Collection / Drop-off of 1000L MGB for Collection Drives < Saturdays only > at 40x designated locations (20x in morning / 20x in afternoon)
• Delivery of replacement and Collection of E-Bins at designated location when required

Daily
• Assist the Driver in collection / exchange of E-bins at more than 250x pre-determined locations.
• Loading / Unloading of Bins / E-waste from ALBA vehicles at Tuas Depot.
• Assist in unloading of Bulk Appliances from OTC for Saturdays / when required on weekdays.
• Carry out sorting / warehouse activities at Tuas Depot.

Adhoc
• Assist the Driver for the following activities;
• Collection of Bulky Appliances (i.e. Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Dryers, Television) from retailers’ designated locations – about 05x pcs per site.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
• To sort materials individually by category from the bin
• To handle and unload Refrigerators, washing machine, dryers, tv from Open Top Container (OTC)
• To weight each individual pallet / bag after sorting
• Storing of materials in correct manner by category
• Wrapping the material on pallets.
• To put parcels into the sorting job completion in the system
• Perform additional task assign by Supervisor/Manager
• To tag along with driver to collect & exchange bins when needed.
• Complete and sort at least 40x 400L bins daily
• Clear 1100L bins (about 20x) every Monday collected from last Collection Drive
• Weekly clearnace / sorting of Battery only Bins, Battery / Bulb Bins.
• Unloading of OTC (ie. average of 02x per day)
• Daily unloading of Ad-hoc bulky LHA collected by external logistics / ALBA EW
• Daily unloading of Ad-hoc bulky LHA collected by external logistics / ALBA EW Commercial door step collection, Residential door step collection, Retailers Ad-hoc collection, Events / Ad-hoc collection drives, Schools (ie. NUS)

Job Requirements:
• Work experience as general worker, preferably in warehouse.
• Prefer candidates with forklift license.
• Strong people skills.
• Good moral character.
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to communicate in English.
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)

You will lead the organization in the digitization of our operations and planning, communication and updating information as well as utilization and storage of data. You will harness the cooperative synergy of all departments to attain the necessary changes for the fulfillment of our organizational objectives.

Main responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, implementation, rollout, maintenance, and improvement of digital operation systems
• Strategize digital data collection, recording, utilization, reporting and analysis for management decision-making
• Develop business models on value-add services such as but not limited to On-Demand Collection, Pay-As-You-Throw Schemes, Customer Portals & Dashboards, Sustainability Reporting, and other similar services
• Manage IT vendors involving hardware, software and SAAS providers
• Closely liaise and coordinate with Group IT Team
• Perform continuous requirements gathering and improvement process with all members of our Operations team to enhance digital operations
• Champion and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Advocate and coach, all field operations staff on the usage of digital operation system
• Collaborate with the Sales team in acquisition of new customers by means of demos and mock-ups
• Ensure robustness of our operations in relation to data security, breach protection and business contingency readiness.

Pre-requisites:
• Experience in developing, implementing and rollout of customized IT systems
• Proven track record in documenting and conducting training of customized IT Systems
• IT project management experience (e.g. SCRUM Methodology)
• Conversant in process design and change management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• People-centric mindset with good dosage of business sense
• Experience in the Sustainability sector and knowledge in Power-BI will be advantageous
